A budget will be discussed in order to have a ballpark idea of the cost of your home. The overall cost greatly depends on the location of your property.
Custom Home Contract
Once everything is decided, we make the contract with EE Homes which includes a 5-10% downpayment.
Property
We can help you find a lot to purchase, or build on a property that you already own. With this information, we can use the blueprints you have or create a custom blue-print with our architect or one of your choosing.
Loan
All of this informtion will be taken to your financial institution to secure the custom-home building process.
Closing
EE Homes will advise the client 45 days prior to completion in order for the client to make closing preparations.
Design
The total cost of the custom-built home will greatly depend on the ammenities chosen by the client.
Ground Breaking
Modifications to the home after this point in time are always welcomed at an additional cost. Tours can be given at any point in time, but are necessary between each phase of completion to make certain that everything is going along as agreed. From this point, we have built our homes within 3-4months; however, the contract will state the project to be completed within 6 months from the signing date in case of any unforseen events.
